Welcome to the Major League Mentorship Program. By enrolling in our coaching program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before signing up.
The coaching program is a 12-week curriculum designed to help amateur pitchers enhance their skills. The program includes video lessons, feedback, drills, and video evaluations.
As part of the program, you will receive personalized coaching, access to instructional videos, and detailed feedback on your performance. Video evaluations may also be provided, depending on your chosen package.
All program materials (including videos, exercises, drills, and coaching feedback) are accessible online through a secure platform. You will receive login credentials upon enrollment.
To enroll in the coaching program, you must complete the registration process and submit the required payment for the selected program package. By completing the enrollment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms.
Payment is required upfront for the full 12-week program. Payment options include credit card Payment for video evaluations is additional if not included in your coaching package.
Due to the nature of online coaching services, all payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or pause your participation in the program, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee a refund or credit after the program has started.
You are expected to fully engage in the coaching program by completing assignments, drills, and reviewing feedback within the designated time frame. Regular participation is essential for your progress.
For personalized coaching and feedback, you must submit videos of your pitching sessions (as requested by the coach). These videos should be of sufficient quality to allow for effective evaluation.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology to access the program, including a stable internet connection, a compatible device, and software for video uploads (e.g., Zoom, Google Drive, etc.).
You should ensure that you are in good health and physically capable of participating in the pitching drills and exercises outlined in the program. Always consult a healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise or training program if you have any concerns regarding your health.
Major League Mentor reserves the right to modify, update, or remove any program content as necessary to improve the experience or adapt to new information or techniques.
While we strive to provide timely feedback and support, availability may vary based on the volume of participants. We will inform you in advance of any significant delays in response time.
All materials provided during the course of the coaching program (including videos, documents, exercises, and drills) are the intellectual property of Major League Mentor and are protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use these materials for personal educational purposes only.
If you opt for a video evaluation, you must submit your pitching videos for review. Evaluations will include analysis of your mechanics, techniques, and suggestions for improvement. Video evaluations are based on the footage provided and may be influenced by the quality of the video.
Video evaluations will be completed within a reasonable time frame after submission. Specific timing may vary depending on the volume of evaluations in process.
While the program is designed to help improve your pitching skills, results may vary. Success is dependent on your participation, practice, and commitment. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or performance improvements.
By enrolling in the program, you agree to release Major League Mentor and any affiliates from any liability or claims arising from injuries, losses, or damages sustained during participation in the program or as a result of following coaching recommendations.
Your privacy is important to us. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
All coaching interactions, including feedback, evaluations, and personal communication, are confidential. You agree not to disclose any part of the program or feedback shared with you without prior consent from Major League Mentor.
You may terminate your participation in the program at any time; however, as stated in Section 2.3, payments are non-refundable.
reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the program if you violate any of these terms or engage in behavior deemed disruptive or harmful to the program or community.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Tennessee.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or posted on the program’s website.
